Hello @ZoyaLis, sorry for the late reply and welcome! In my earlier post I was referring to the new update that was coming out. I didn’t actually have it yet, but I was just speaking in anticipation. I don’t know why your game isn’t updating and you’ll need to check with @kokokokonut, the forum moderator for more instructions on what to do. Usually when Glu is looking into an issue they’ll need your game ID sent via a pm/private message. Here’s info I took from another post on how to look up the game ID. Hope this helps.
To get your ID:
1. Open the Options Menu by tapping the three lines on the top-left of the main game screen.
2. Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
3. Your ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page
4. Copy and paste your ID into a message (just the ID, not a screenshot)

I have a question about the product placement from 8 hours gigs we get weekly. Last week I did like 20+ 8 hours gigs and only get 1 kstars product placement and this week I did one 8 hours gig and got a 3 kstars almost immediately. Is there a trigger to ensure I get that 3 kstars immortel wine product placement or it is random ?
This week I didn't have it in me to grind all week, so I only decided to do some storylines and got the first two black boxes. First black box got me 25 k-stars, and this time I got this shoulder bag. I'm happy as I got a throwback item knowing I wouldn't had been able to get to the throwback box. It was a lucky pick!
