Hi. Sorry this happened. Please send an Ingame ticket to Support. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines for Options. Then tap Help. Then tap Glu Support and explain you did not receive the diamond You don according to the screenshot.  But first, try shutting down and rebooting your device.  Sometimes you have to shut fine and reopen for t=it to appear.  Fingers crossed you get it right away.
