The symbol disappears an hour before the new SYS, but your prizes should automatically appear in your inventory!

I have similar problem. I couldn't pick last earnable because of the points glitch. I was in first place when it was couple hours until the end. I was going to check later, like usual. I now I logged in and already new sys started. And I didn't pick up my rewards... I contacted costumer care... Did this ever happened to anybody?

Rewards earned, should automatically be added to your closet. But the mis-added earned reward, you were right to reach out to Customer Care when it did not appear on your closet.
