I think the votes just work like that, I think it happens to everybody - I’m guessing because it works like a percentage and can go up and down the more votes you get vs not getting the vote. I could be totally wrong but anyway it shouldn’t be like that it is annoying.
@missLeela I'm pretty they've done that to me at least once, and I just checked my current one and it looks like they're doing it again.
Yup, happened to me during the last duet too. That's why this time I'm screenshotting everything. If anything, just to see what excuse the customer care will find this time.
