Indeed paid offers are all they are allowed to offer. But android dolls get LOTS of free offers (e.g. download a game and reach a certain level in it for a reward of hundreds of K-stars) and those are ‘illegal’ for iOS unfortunately

I haven't done it myself but I think you have a 4 day waiting period when transferring the game between devices? I've heard dolls on the forum be locked out cuz of it when they're transferring the game to a new phone, for example

the lockout occurs if you attempt too many tries unsuccessfully.  But it is not advised to switch between devices, you can suffer data loss.

My game updated automatically last night, since then it’s been stuck on the loading screen 🙄 
I don’t even know how many tickets I’ve missed in SYS. 

Each update brings new problems, how ridiculous!

I got this and was like urgh! Then had to remember not everyone probably does know how SYS works & these are probably just new standard features for new dolls.

@LexKKH I guess that makes sense but it felt like a random notification. I also wonder how many new players the game could have with how they manage the game. I liked some things about the anniversary update but there could be more improvements.

I've been stuck on the loading screen for a long time and uninstalled and reinstalled the game  to solve the problem and lost 2 days of progress and missed SYS ticket

I would like to keep my doll with the long nails I bought, but it's just annoying having to keep putting them back every time I change her clothes.

Is anyone else having problems watching their kstar videos ever since updating? I try to click on the free stars thing and nothing happens, the offer wall won't even come up

we need a way to organize our closets.  Either being able to move them around, organize by color, organize by type (mini dress, gown, jumpsuit, coat, ect..)
any type of organization would help!
