I have no idea what is going on up in Customer Care. You have to be patient. After you submitted your ticket, you should have received correspondence saying we got your inquiry and we'll look into it. Then they should write to you asking for more details, etc. Again, be patient.
It happened to more than just you, so there's a little comfort in that.
For the Valentines Event, you should have read a screen telling you to go on dates, and fill up the date meter for the items. First is a gift box for earning 25 Tokens. At the end of each date, you get little cupcakes (or something) for tokens. There are threads in General Discussion about the event, someone there will answer all your questions.
