Going back to your exercise routine, I'm glad to hear you're happy to be moving forward with it. After the girls arrived, I eased back in with yoga and getting them out in the pram. So glad I did, 20 minutes of yoga in the morning helped firm up and remove the excess left over from two babies, they now sit in the garden and laugh at me while I do it. Heading off for my first Bikram session this week (where you do yoga for an hour in 40 degree Celsius heat), and I cannot wait, you feel completely buzzed after it!

Luz, I'm not sure how it'll turn out don't get your hopes high lol it's my first time attempting a group photo. But judging from the looks of it, everyone will turn out small because there's like 9 people including Koko.
