I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to play the game for a couple days already. I tried even to uninstall and start over on another phone and no luck.
I believe I'm on level 19/Female/was in the middle of a perfect: Metropolitan Magazine in Beverly Hills

Hi, my game was doing the exact same thing but when I was able to use it again it had sent me back a few levels. Along with losing things I had bought including houses, clothes, etc. I even adopted a baby but that's gone now too. I have put some of my own money towards this game so that just makes this extra frustrating. The game has me on level 13, when I should be a few levels above that.

epe, you can submit a ticket to customer care, tell them what happened, and attach any screenshots. See what they tell you.

And everyone else, you don't need to post that your game is good again. That was only incase there were any remedies before Glu stepped in. But thank you

I'd submit that to customer care. But a lot of times ads will crash games. I had an android crashing with ads,and I bought stars, because they stopped the ads. But, the bigger payoff was how the smooth transition between screens enhanced the whole playing experience 10 Fold. The ads tend to pull your concentration, and messes with the flow. The game felt so much better, I went and bought stars for the other 2 games as well.

Aside from that, if it's just one ad, submit the ticket and see what they say. Sorry this is happening.
