Kim's shop my closet, not receiving items

I bought the kim's shop my closet offer 3 days ago and I didn't receive the items and 60 k stars, I've contacted support on the same day but no reply, this is the second time i dont get stuff i paid for. Does this happen to anyone else??

    Hi. You WILL get a response from Customer Care, 3 days is not an unheard of wait. But please give me a little while, and I'll see if there is anything else you can do. Did you submit the copy of your receipt from either iTunes, Apple or Google Play if you are on android?

    How do i submit a copy? I did send them a screenshot of my receipt when i contacted them
