BEL AIR ESTATE

Bel Air is a neighbourhood in LA that becomes available when Simon asks you to come down to Mirimount Offices, and you are informed by Byran Seagram that there will be a reality cross-over between Willow's show and your show.

The reward for winning this is the Bel Air estate, which is fully kustomisable and has three main styles: Chic, Classic and Modern.

Front Yard:
Chic, classic or modern walkway = $15,000
People playing catch = 40 k-stars
Chic porch = 50 k-stars, classic porch = free or modern porch = 55 k-stars
Chic garage = 50 k-stars, classic garage = free or modern garage = 55 k-stars
Chic front = 80 k-stars, classic front = free or modern classic = 105 k-stars

Foyer:
Plant, pillars or statue = $20,000
Chic, classic or modern couch = $30,000
Fireplace, floor vases or waterfall = 60 k-stars
Chic, classic or modern light = 70 k-stars
**Afghan Hound = 80 k-stars**

Bedroom:

Living Room:

Can anyone answer if the extra rooms DO anything? For instance, if I add furniture to the Grotto can I add guests for reality shows or parties? If I decorate the playroom do my kids show up there?

For. Brief time we were able to add an 8th guest to parties, in the grotto. That seems to have disappeared, perhaps it will be reintroduced. welcome!

Maybe they’ll offer something else on the lawn you can buy and use instead. I’d buy that flowering tree we had for the wedding. That looks like it belongs, not so much the shadow people.

Oh, and the staff at BelAir pays out 2 energy, it seems like the same 4 hour schedule as the pets. Now add a cook and maid and I’ll be happy. Oh. I meant in real life.

But you know, with the cameraman there, you don;t really notice them.

You can access them the following year but they go “into storage” and you cannot use them until the season comes around again 😁

Right now I have a luxe goal to buy a TV in Bel Air's living room, but I can't find it. All I can see is the place to hang my family photo, the fireplace (which I already have, but when I tap it, I get the option to change it) and the green mark where I can buy seating.

@mmoni The TV is when you first walk into the living room, there should be a bubble close to your doll. Do you have the piano? Bc you can interchange the piano and the TV. I know there is a glitch where the piano isn't showing up for some dolls right now so that might be the problem.

I don't have the piano and I can't see the green bubble either - there's just the blank wall next to the door. I think my phone must be suffering from the glitz you mentioned.

@mmoni all of last month I was missing my piano in the living room. When the new update came out, it came back, so I figured they fixed the glitch. If I were you I would contact support because it sounds like the glitch is still there if you don’t have the green bubble

no. The interior/exterior are separate. Inside you have 3 choices for exchange option. But just as you purchase your exterior features if you change them, you purchase the various additional interior choices as well.

Can anyone please advise as to the name of this storyline? Since I’ve not played in so long, my task list is 60+ and I don’t know which one to start! I really want the Bel Air home! Please help! Thanks in advance
