Even though Iām all for #BoycottDiamonds, I think everyone can decide for themselves what they want to do with their own money. I have zero problem with people buying diamonds, my problem is with Gluās greediness. Hope that was clear, but if any of my posts offended anyone in any way, Iām sorry!
I don't think anyone in the forum intends to shame people for buying diamonds. If you want items and have the money to prioritize on KKH, go for it! But if you are doing that you somewhat lose the ability to complain about how Glu is valuing them. If not a single player bought diamonds then Glu would realize that this isn't a good idea for the game because it hurts their wallet. Currently anyone buying tickets is showing support for Glu and the implementation of diamonds. We could complain 24/7 but at the end of it if people are paying for diamonds then Glu will happily ignore our frustrations.Ā
Ugggghhhhhā¦ā¦ this is what annoys me about sys. The left picture is of the person in 1st and the others are me in 3rd. May I just remind you the theme is āPretty in PINKā š sorry for raging it just annoys me when people who are unloyal (to the theme) are in the lead
Over all I have to say Iām dissapointed there is no way you can buy items with diamonds with just earning them and the fact that we were told only very recent items werenāt gonna be able to be bought : then be greated by the fact that you canāt buy items after may 2018: is just terrible. They need to rework this feature pronto and itās honestly such a shame cause I was really looking forward to it

I think that diamonds were were introduced in the game to distract us players from the fact that Glu has put this game on the back burner. Itās no longer getting the full treatment it used to get (just look at the literally next to zero involvement Kim has with the game anymore) and so itās trying to make money off of previous items.Ā
This is is another ploy for players who have been negatively affected by the rigging of throwback kollections, and figure that it could be worth it to spend real-life currency to get exactly what they want.Ā
If if you donāt like whatās going on, thereās one surefire thing that will fix it: Donāt buy things within the game. Donāt spend your money on the game. Ā Vote with your wallet (or lack thereof).
Force Glu and the developers to respond to the 100+ pages of game suggestions for improvements by not supporting this current change.Ā
With enough people not buying into the craziness that has been recent updates, hopefully things will change.Ā

I think it's also important to remember that not every kkh player is on the forum so there's probably still people buying diamonds. It's not just those here. At the end of the day, I've never once seen somebody brag about spending money on the game and it is their money that they can decide whatever they want to do with it. Just my opinion though. Hopefully no one gets mad because it happens to be different from theirs.
Iām also down for the diamonds boycott until they can fix it. Iām one of the people who doesnāt spend real money on the game, I just canāt justify it right now, if I had some more extra income I totally would splurge once in a while. We should have gotten an allowance of sorts to start out and to get us excited, and we should totally be able to get more than like 6 a month with out paying. I want that teacup and champagne glass so so bad, but Iām staying strong! I see what they tried to do, but the roll out was abrupt and inconsiderate to all of our opinionsĀ

New format likes and dislikes: Iām really enjoying the āGet This Lookā button and seeing all the details in someoneās look ā Iām actually noticing some items for the very first time. Itās making me look much closer at peopleās outfits while voting. I noticed a pair of multi-piercing earrings Iāve wanted is available now, so Iāll have to save up diamonds and get them as soon as I can š
The prices per item compared to diamond prices are way too high in my opinion, though š Thereās no scaling of prices, so a simple sundress and an epic gown are the same price...Iām not sure if I like or dislike that feature lol. I would also love to go back to the same dolls to vote after clicking āGet This Look,ā or maybe a revised button that votes for that doll then takes you to the outfit page. I see so many amazing outfits that I want to vote for and feel bad that my window-shopping might be costing them votes.

I really think it's people shopping the look. But who knows for sure. I may try one more older pink outfit and see what happens. I wish we would get some clarification on how that actually works and if that is what's going on here.Ā
I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but, here goes.. I do wish the diamonds were a bit more affordable, that Glu had given us a diamond welcome gift, and definitely that they were more easily earned, but I like the fact that I can get a dress or a handheld or a hairstyle that I have wanted for so long because who knows how long it would have taken to show up in a throwback box... And then who knows if I would have by chance selected it?! Ie this dress
