It is not just you , Lucy. Kloset items tend to be shoved in random places are especially hard to find when they are among really old kloset items. I wish they add them chronologically.

Hi. Make sure you have a strong wifi connection, and plenty of space. I don't know what platform you are, but iOS just had an available update and till I take any OS updates, things don't always connect for me. But my 1st guess would be your wifi. And, what platform are you playing on? If it's FB I would try switching browsers. And make sure you're not on airplane mode or anything.

@KimsBestie my game did this for about two weeks. I could play on data but not wifi for some weird reason, even though my wifi was perfectly fine. It eventually fixed itself, but I never could figure out what was wrong.
