@Chicelle Girl you need to relax, you’re being extremely hostile to every single person who’s just trying to explain our side since you insist we’re all just needy and want the easy way out. We literally just want it to not be a paid contest. The post of sys is literally what you said on page 6, to dress the best. By only spot 1 getting the top, dressing the best won’t matter because someone who dresses poorly is just going to pay to win it. Page 7 you compare it to the Olympics... which is dumb because it proves us right. You don’t pay to win gold in the olympics, you win because you’re better than the rest in that event. You’re new here so you don’t realize it, but the only way to get changes in this game is to complain every day until it happens. If we don’t bring an issue to light, how is it ever going to be changed? You can disagree without being so rude to everyone.
It’s funny because I found my experience with the last SYS event mirroring a lot with The battle of the bastards. Did really poorly at the beginning, lost hope in the middle, found hope again near the end, and came out winning. (1st place)
@samaaanthaaa I’m not being hostile unless people are hostile towards me. And I agree with you it should not be paid contest. @Chelsea123 by yall I meant everyone who always whines about prizes not being enough and stuff.
@Chicelle As you used the Olympics as a comparison, let me ask you this. If the Olympics allowed someone to buy winning a gold medal, would you still be saying meh that's just how it works so stop whining to everyone who says that's ridiculous?
People who defend the way Glu is running SYS's baffle and irritate me. For the 100th time, its a competition and no competition should EVER be pay to win!!! I dont care if its on a silly game for a pixel outfit or in the Olympics for a medal...the person who wins 1st place should win because they were the best, not because they threw money at it.
Glu is just plain wrong for ever allowing this nonsense to happen and people just accepting it and saying it is what it is allows companies like this to continue what theyre doing. So you may be sick of seeing people "whining" about Glu, but I'm sick of seeing people defending them.
And nobody expects to get everything for free. Do you see people complaining about Fashion Goals? No you don't. They are exclusive items that can only be purchased with money but nobody complains because EVERYBODY at least has the option to buy them, there's no competition aspect involved and theyre GUARANTEED items. Even if everyone bought tickets for SYS, theres still no guarantee that you will get all prizes because somebody else can just buy twice as many. Not only is the competition aspect a joke as people can pay to win, but people are actually throwing money at Glu every week and not even getting the items that they want but hey lets just accept it all and stop moaning right. I dont think so.

I care that 1st place is usually someone who has bought a crap load of tickets and submitted off theme and basic outfits. They didn't have the best style so they shouldn't of been allowed to win. Simple as that. Saying everybody who complains is ungrateful and whining is just ignorant and rude.

@NataliaCollins love how the blue TS suit from a few weeks back looks dyed, I think that’s going to work well. Might have a look and see if I have enough black dye for mine. I think your looks are good, though like @charlottegold I’m not sure how well sunglasses, crop top and strapless tops would do. Then again, what the voters want is anyone’s guess. Can I get some feedback from you ladies on these looks as my first 2 two submissions? I don’t really have any on-theme clothing so I might just have to stick to long-sleeved dresses and knee high boots.

If pay to win wasnt an issue and the top prize items actually went to the person with the best style then nobody could bash glu for the way it works as it would be fair. Sure people would no doubt still express disappointment at not getting an item they liked but they couldnt blame glu for it. Everything youve been posting makes no sense. Just saying
