When we get the call from Kalinda about this weeks show your style event, could we maybe get this dress as a gift? It’s on the banner but we have never got it.
@Lia888 suggested Asian themes SYS’s and couldn’t agree more. I would love some more Asian representation in the game 🙏🏻 I’m mostly going to be providing examples from my own culture, so if any Asian dolls wanna add and represent their culture too, feel free to! I would love to see qipaos (cheongsams), kimonos, hanbok, saris, etc! As well as see how you guys dress in modern day 💖
Presenting Filipiniana! There’s “The Maria Clara gown” which is the aristocratic version of the “baro’t saya” (literally blouse and skirt). I’m mainly going to focus on Maria Clara styles bc they’re so gorgeous but will include some baro’t saya 😊 Both modern and traditional styles featured!
Would love to also have fans and parasols as handhelds! Now some modern Filipino fashion 💖 We’re very much inspired by our heritage and our tropical environment. Bright, tropical neon colors, traditional prints, woven bags and accessories, light and breezy materials, elements of nature, etc.
We also love vintage fashion, mostly 80s-90s. But lately I’ve seen some people shift towards 2000s era fashion but it’s still mostly a laid-back 90s style. Unless you’re me and you love 2000s fashion hahaha 😂😂
Would this fit here? This color dye added to our collection.
And a darker pink and purple? The ones we have look horrible mixed on some outfits. Curious on how hard it'd be to implement the idea I have of also adding pattern "dyes". So Like if I want to add a heart pattern to plain non patterned clothing item I could. I can only see issue with it making existing patterned clothes look really weird. I suppose if that couldn't work, then color patterns instead. So like rainbow, tie dye, leopard, etc.
