You guys sound like a Karen screaming at the cashier for something corporate did. Remember, the person who’s job it is to face the front lines does not make the choices you’re angry about. It’s just like how I can’t tell a customer no, the manager has to. She discloses what she is told to disclose.
I don't wanna sound all argumentatuve, but let's be real. It sounds unrealistic that manager can say "Our team doesn't want to implement your pathetic feedback". Or "We only care about your Fashion Thread suggestions". Or "Glu doesn't want to do the research".

Chiming in from reading some responses: Just because people are asking Kalinda what's up with the boxes and asking questions about our feedback consideration, does not mean that they are attacking her in any way. As players, we are absolutely allowed to give feedback! It's not personal. People are calling out Kalinda by name instead of Glu, because she is here to answer us. That is literally what she is there for. You don't see Glu execs coming on the forum to address our issues, it's Kalinda.
I haven't been participating in this conversation, but I think the complaints I've read are valid and not to be taken personally. I don't think it's productive to call everyone who has provided their opinion and commented on the forum about their disappointment a "Karen", people just want answers.

I don't remember verbatim, but I think Kalinda said that she's sharing our frustration ms with the team and they're looking into it. Not today though, some time ago about some other issue.
The thing is, everyone was dissatisfied then. People want closure that Kalinda can't provide. Team's decisions being out of her control is pretty obvious to me.

@lulula giving feedback is one thing and is something we all do which is amazing. The issue is in the attitude and the tone when addressing someone. Sometimes people (not everyone ofc) are telling Kalinda off as if she's a little child or almost blaming her for something she didn't do.
Idk where to post this, but it needs fixed. I've never spotted a glitch on kollections before.

@BooskiBabii it’s only when you have boots on for this kollection. Happens with the new vip boots too but if you switch your shoes it’s fine you just can’t wear boots with pants
I always find it interesting in a sort of depressing way how kalinda gets the negative feedback but everyone seems to love eggsandbannas. I guess their roles are a little different, kalinda seems more active and customer based and eggs seem more IT based, but I still think it's a noticeable difference when they both represent the same company.
Also this isn't directed at anyone, I just always notice this.

if I said something like that at some of the companies i've worked at before, i'd have been fired. we'd all love more feedback and know what Glu is working on, but i'm guessing Kalinda is not always in charge of what she can and cannot disclose. we're all upset at the way things are going right now, but i'm not sure why either her or eggs are being brought up in this. they are the messengers, get mad at the company, not the employees.

I wasn’t talking to Kalinda directly, I was talking to Glu and tagging Kalinda, as a representative of the company, so that she would see the message and "share the feedback". That’s what I’ve always been doing. The exact same thing had already been explained a few posts before mine. It is quite obvious that I am not targeting Kalinda in particular for lining her pockets, I’m talking about the company here, I don’t know why you keep trying to distort what people say. This sentence started with "I know you were not testing to get suggestions": do you also assume I think Kalinda alone is testing the game?? I’m not a native speaker so maybe I didn’t express myself properly, but come on! I did target her when I said that she wasn’t trying to make the game enjoyable, yes, because that’s a direct quote from her from a few months back. So no, I’m not expecting Kalinda to implement things on her own as a community manager, and I know she can only talk about what has been vetted by the team. But who else am I supposed to tag when I want to communicate with Glu?? If there was a Glu tag, I would use it but as far as I know, there isn’t (that GluAdmin one is an old inactive one, I think). And as @2ftpoop says, there have been constant issues with lack of communication from Glu, so when we’re waiting for answers or explanations that never come, are we supposed to not address it??
