I decided to have a go after seeing your post, I felt inspired to have another go at getting the sword. But no items from this weekend in my box too - I wouldn’t have minded getting that hair tho.
Do you think this is because of the update? @KalindaKing If that’s the case I wouldn’t mind getting my diamonds refunded… 🎉

Please help me. I summited 5 looks, the first one scored 41, the second score 43, I had 83 votes. But then I opened the game again. That two looks disappear, at first i thought that glitch as usual so i summited the third look. But it said that the first look and just scored 36, the total scores're still 83, the fourth look(which they said the second look) scored 32, and when i summited the 5th( the third look in the game) scored 36, and the total score reached 103. I mean they deleted my 2 first looks, and I lost 83 votes for two of them.
My last 3 looks, I won’t update my game until Monday just in case… I also couldn’t resist anymore and bought Fairy dress with the wings for 25 diamonds 🥺
My first 7 looks, not in order. Yesterday I was busy, so I couldn't check the forum, so I've seen just now that the update is up. I'm going to take screenshots before updating and then submit my 8th ticket to see if my votes will get worse
Looks 4-6 🌸 I was trying to go for a siren inspired look on my 6th look, but don’t know if it was so badly received or the updated just obliterated my votes🤦🏼♀️ Also don’t like how the frame is way smaller now.
I haven’t installed the update yet because I’m scared my scores will drop. I’m currently in 2nd place in a super chill group in Silver III. At the beginning I figured I had no chance at the pink skin tones but now I’m kind of getting my hopes up!
