hi! i am new to the forum and made an account just for this. i am sorry to be posting on so many discussion threads but i need help and i’m not sure how to get it! when the weekend sys ended last night and i went to collect my prizes i found that my scores did not sync/update and so i was placed lower than i should be and missed out on the drink which i was supposed to get. i contacted support but that have not gotten back to me since yesterday. is there anything i can do!? please help!
@brynlenox this happened to me last week on the Queen bee sys. I sent a screenshot of my score and place on the leaderboard to show the scores didn’t sync up. It took a few days but customer support finally awarded my prizes. They couldn’t however move me back into gold level until the next sys. I would give it 1-2 days and then follow up. Hope you get your prizes too!🙂
@Lia888 oh ok! thank you so much. i sent them the screenshots i posted on here but they haven’t answered so i was a bit worried. i guess i have to wait longer!! but if you got yours hopefully they will give me mine!
Hi dolls! My little sister started playing with this game about a week ago, she is only level 12 but she already has access to the weekly quests. Which if I know it correctly only unlocks at level 25 or around that. How does this work?
I have just reached level 12 and got a weekly quest too! It's so strange because I thought I would wait ages for them to show up at level 25. Idk why it is like this, but I’m glad I can get my storyline’s gift so early!
