    That thread was closed because Glu’s request for English only was ignored, as if it was never posted. It was not my request, but Glu’s.  When I post “Glu asks” that means it came directly from them.  If it is short and to the point, it is verbatim.  


    Well make the change and hire moderators that can speak other languages!

    It’s 2022, I’m sure there’s a lot of people that speak more than one language that work with glu that they can hire to be moderators and help here on the forum. I refuse to believe that every single worker there speaks only English. 😐 
    Additionally, translators were made exactly for that. There’s Google and translating apps, it’s not that hard to use. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I just looked in the Play Store,  few other Glu games are En+10 other languages, KK:H is just EN.   You should post it in the Suggestion Thread. :)

    Browsers usually have built in apps to translate a page 😌 luckily I don't think is anyone on the forum speaking a new language only they are capable pf understanding

    This is in no way directed at moderators but glu takes money from players all around the world including many non-English speaking. It’s not a threat to help each other out in different languages it’s meant to make it easier for other players 💕

    Yeah the information is correct. This was about two hours before it glitched. So I do I press restore to get my load my game save?

    Hello everyone❤️ Girls I need your help please❤️ My friend has a problem (she is not on the forum and she asked for help).  she has already spent 20 tickets, but she still hasn't got into any group with another players. She already tried to restart the phone, exit and then enter the game, add a new ticket, but nothing helps. did anyone have one? maybe she needs to restart the game? Costumer service didn’t help

    Hi, sorry this is happening, Tell her DO NOT DELETE and reinstall the game.  She can lose data.  Tell her to send a ticket to customer care.  You said they didn’t help,  without knowing their response, I have no other suggestions.  Bottom line, Customer Care is the only option.

    Basically every problem won't be solved unless you contact customer care. What's the point of this forum atm? There are no official spoilers anymore and I'm afraid thr monthly spoilers will disappear as well...It's true that it's a great community where I met nice people there 😀❤️and many can agree about it, there are many lovely ppl here. But other than this, i don't know... Asking a question here about a problem and always being sent back to your game to contact customer care when there are mods and literal people who work for Glu there? I don't understand

    If it’s a problem affecting everybody, they generally respond to us, but how are they supposed to be able to answer everybody’s individual issues? The main Glu employee who interacts with us on here clearly works in something like social media/content creation/marketing, which is an entirely different skillset than the CS people we interact with through the game. 

    I really do get the frustration with CS, but the forum is a small portion of the player base and I don’t think it’s fair to expect the two Glu employees to fix all the different technical issues we face when it’s not even their jobs.

    You clearly didn't understand what I was asking. There are a lot pf problems that affect more than one player and still we are asked to contact customer care. And I'm not asking the mods to fix my game but instead to come with other solutions before contacting CS. Especially because contacting CS should be the last one , not the first when it comes to super small problems. I assume customer care is getting flooded with a ton of questions and asks for help daily, why isn't the forum helping as well?
