I thought my game was fixed last night, but it's back to the white screen. I guess the looks I managed to submit for the SYS are all I'm going to be able to submit.
Should I just delete the game at this point? If we're always going to have to wait days or weeks at a time to get help, I don't know if I should bother anymore. I can't do SYS and I can't get any points for seasons.
@DelphineGarnier not sure what device you’re on but a while back, people on iPhone 14 had problems like this. The solution then was: iOS Settings > Display &
Brightness > Display Zoom > "Larger
Text".
@KKH_Sara I'm on android. I was able to get back in the game for a short time after deleting another game but it when right back to not letting me play after the last time it opened for me.

their customer service i so bad i sent them a lot of emails and when they finally replied they didn’t do anything lol!!
@rawanehab I got a reply from eggs so I'm just going to going to wait for that. I couldn't even try to contact CS anyway without being able to open the game and it's not a guarantee they'd be any help based on what I've seen other people get when they need any.
I've been told they are looking into the FB issue, and @rawanehab. I'll send your info in for help as well.

I'm having the same issue too right now. It was working fine this morning but I'm also getting a pop up notification showing my Google Play acct before it cuts to a white screen.
Ok please list your device info and your OS. I'll see if we can't escalate help.

My game crashed last night when i try open my game it seems white screen i cant open it . And deleted and upload again but it still white screen. İm so sad im playing 6 years my game connected with my facebook account . I wish i didnt delete. Please help . My phone samsung A12
