  • Hi. You have to complete CASTLE level 11 (not player level 11), not just reach it. It means you have to reach CASTLE level 12. If you reach Castle level 12, wait a few hours to get the stars. If you don't get it, click on the Report button and write a message to the Customer service. They will help you.
