I contacted them, they got in touch, then disappeared for 4 days. After that a new person emailed me and said they’d passed it onto ‘the team’, whatever that means. I’ve noticed that my game will load if I hotspot my data from my phone and connect my iPad to that, it eats all of your data but try that maybe?
I’ll try emailing them (if I can find the email) as I’ve done all of this, restarted my device like 4x and everything. I’m so annoyed to be missing out on the xmas day sys and events : / Thank you for your advice!
