Customer Support Wait Time?

having account issue. What’s typical wait time for a reported issue? I feel like it should be fast but somehow am guessing it isn’t? 

(Also, is this the same forum for 17 and 18? Or just 17?)

They are getting a lot of questions right now wait time can be from a few hours to a few days be patient they will answer but may take awile

Has been a wait time of 4 to 5 days for me. Customer Service is a low priority in my opinion. VIPs get better treatment on issues. I think they could care less about the teams that don’t spend a ton of money on game,

I am VIP in 17 not 18 and it's still taking 5 to 7 days for them to answer either one a little longer on 18 but with a new game and bugs and fixes they have a lot more people asking questions.

I am vip in 18 and the last question I asked took 5 days to get a response. Not close to acceptable

Yes the customer service for glu is world renown for awful

Took them about a week to respond about refunding some gold for me. That was fairly recent, 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Wait times are ridiculous. When someone finally responds they want a screenshot of something. Great another week wait only find out they need description of problem you already described. Another 8 days.... Just hoping now my problem gets solved before release of 19.

Having same problem. Been nearly 2 weeks since I submitted my last question to the Developers through customer service. Have a new question I want to ask about the Create a Legend player, but can't because the Conversation window is occupied!

Glu - how about answering the Contact Customer Service questions!!

It also took me a few days to get support and answer some of my connections questions. This makes me feel quite lost
