Tapjoy No Gold

This is just for offers not videos (videos are giving gold). 
I am completing offers. The reward status is showing as rewarded, but i am not getting the gold. Anyone else have this problem? If this isn't widespread anyone know how to fix? Thanks

    Yea I just heard from a club mate that he did offers last night that showed as rewarded but the gold was never added to his total. He did about 5 paid offers for 35k gold and the gold never showed up. It showed as rewarded in the offer wall but 0 gold was added to his total. He made a CS ticket and emailed tapjoy as well. Not sure what they will say.

    Club mate of mine having same issue. Seeing if its an "us" problem. Or if it's widespread

    Yeap same thing  just happened on my B team, I did a offer for 3k gold and it shows as awarded but never added the gold to my total... Geez!

    Just talked to a few more people that do offers and all saying the same thing. Gold status shows as rewarded but no gold was added to the count or totals. Must be a system glitch. I received the email stating the offers were rewarded though so I have that as proof.

    Yes, I had this happen with a game yesterday. Spent an hour on it and it said rewarded for 800+ gold but it was not added to my total. At least when it doesn't pay out and stays in not rewarded, you can submit a ticket on it (and I've found usually get the reward eventually with proof/screenshots if I am nice haha).

    Yea exactly. Atleast it seems to be a wide spread issue. Hopefully they get it resolved. Cause once it says rewarded Im not sure if you can resubmit the request again. I do have the emails saying it was awarded but those are automated replies. Not sure anyone actually reads those. Arg..

    I just checked and it did let me submit a ticket but I immediately got an emailed reply saying my ticket was resolved because my offer was rewarded. So that was useless. 

    Dove into that World War Rising game for the insane amount of gold and it is fairly time consuming, so if I don't get the reward for that I am going to be incensed.

    Yup. Just completed the World War Rising offer. Did the same thing. There is no avenue to pursue to get this corrected. Looks like I will be steering clear of the Tapjoy offers other than just the videos from here on out.

    Happening to me too.  I sent multiple support tickets in.  Two different offers.

    To my shock I got paid my 570 something gold for a game promo and have been asked for more information on my 5760 gold casino offer... maybe it will happen, but a great reminder to stay away from these promo things unless it's a very small commitment in time etc.

    No they have to somehow fix it.. Its not wide spread issue. I had a club mate spend about $100 on offers totaling about 80k gold. It shows as awarded but no gold added. Im sure other are in a similar boat.

    I sent in a ticket for each of the offers and immediately got an emailed reply that "good news, it looks like you received your reward so we will go ahead and close this ticket blah blah blah" so I see no avenue to get this corrected.

    I also sent a message to Tap Baseball CS in-app but they have never done anything positive for me, so I'm not expecting anything there either.

    If anyone happens to get this resolved, please let us know the steps necessary here.

    I did 1 offer as a reply back to test and that's just an automated message that you get back. I sent an email to an actual rep that has helped me in the past with tap joy offers and told him what the issue was. I cant even watch the 1g ad in the offer wall. It seems like noting it working. Videos work fine, but try and watch the 1g ad in the offer wall. See if it pays out 1g.

    @dkarski87 let us know if you get any useful information as to how to get this resolved and get the rewards. But yep, you're right... seems like nothing is working in the offers. Always says "rewarded" but then isn't added to my gold total.

    @JEDDDOGGY is that offer worth it? Seems downloaded a few days ago and it seems like a tedious and slow grind to get to 50k power. Is it possible to do within two weeks without spending money?

    With other similar games (ie: Final Fantasy) you could train a bunch of troops to up your power quickly however troops dont seem to carry much weight in this game.  Anyone else with tips?

    Add me to the list of members with "rewarded" gold that has not been received.  Just completed an offer for 3,316 gold.  TapJoy shows that the gold has been rewarded, but my balance has not changed.  A member of my club is also having the same issue.  This may be more widespread than we believe, but it really needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Guys & gals, I was just about to make a new thread on this issue again but it may lead to more issues for us. People that read the thread will start bombarding CS with claims they did offers and never received gold for offers they did or did not do. I heard back from CS and they pretty much said we are **** out of luck. If the offer shows we were rewarded then we were based on what they see. Which is total bs. Luckily for us that actually did these offers we all have email as proof stating the offer was awarded but no way of showing the gold was added or not added to our accounts. Not sure how they can address this big of an issue. Unless we have to resubmit our offers all over, but the problem is Tapjoy uses an automated reply system. Meaning when we reply to these already awarded tickets no one reads them. Just auto replies from tapjoy. Arg!

    Anyone had any idea Im all ears.

    Oh yes it is definitely possible. You start getting more and more power the more you level stuff up. For instance my first missile research gave me around 50 power but by the time I got to around the 5th one it was giving me 4000 or so. It seems slow and like it’s going to be a slog until you get to about 25,000 power and then it’s kinda a breeze from there.

    Took me way less than 2 weeks. A couple days maybe. Look at missile research, that was one I found that got me through quickly.

    @dkasrski have you heard anything from glu CS yet? I have not. The offers are obviously not working, and it’s happening to everyone. They have to have a huge influx of complaints about this. If Tapjoy wants to turn a blind eye, then glu should take ownership of the problem and get their vendor to fix this issue. I mean all they have to do is go test it- anyone can go do a simple offer and see that it doesn’t work.

    happened to me too this morning. World War Rising, 6773 gold saying awarded but no gold in my account.
    Emailed them and got auto-reply answer with "good news....". Created a ticket through glu VIP hotline and I got a response now asking for case # and some more info, which i submitted. We'll see how it goes. 
    Fingers crossed.

    Damn me too 5600 gold, save the children offer...argh already been a week, finally gets resolved and no gold added even though it says it has

    after multiple attempts to get rewarded I gave up and sent them an email telling them to pound sand but not do politely. haha

    I dont reset my ID, so I called BS on that right away. I always preach to everyone here not to reset for possible banning.
