It's so GD annoying, frustrating, and mind boggling to have to go thru so much to get what has been offered and not delivered. Then to have to fight thru nonsense just to be able go thru the process of complaining and getting things set right. It's a bad movie run amuck.
Sounds like I finally reached someone helpful who is going to get this resolved for me.
After my latest customer service experiences I totally agree with you guys that say it just depends on what rep you get. Some are very helpful and some just seem to want to close the ticket so they can go back to perusing Facebook and watching YouTube videos or whatever.
To me, it just seems like there must not be much in the way of accountability for the reps performance and they are sorely lacking in the leadership department there.
Finally I finally got all of mine this morning. The rep makes all the difference. I had 2 offers that weren’t rewarded. Opened a ticket and sent all the info they requested. It took 3 days and 2 follow up questions to get the gold sent to my account, but it was only for one of the offers. I closed that ticket and sent in a new one for the other offer that was ignored. In less than 3 hours, that one was taken care of. The rep matters.
I had the same issue with 2 games i did simultaneously. One was for 2304 gold and one for 1728 gold. Both said rewarded, but bm never got credited the gold. I emailed tapjoy and eventually told me to email GLU support. Haven't heard anything from GLU yet. This is the email that tapjoy told me to send:
To resolve this, you will need to contact the publisher of MLB TAP SPORTS BASEBALL 2018 and ask them to recredit you the 2304 Gold since we are not able to do so.

@dkarski87 thanks, I was going to ask if they were working again. Always go out every few days to see if there are any easy "'install this app" ones I can do for 30ish gold.
