There is a new event in r5. It requires a new exotic weapon. OTO is 22% off. Sale price is 20% off. Still too expensive for now. I ended up getting the last event weapon for 199 gold.

I do like this new Exotic, better than the Electro IMO. It's like a Javelin almost.
Yeah, it's like they were reading our minds T.F.! I'm surprised a shotgun is the reward; I thought it would be a R6 AR. Now to wait for the 199 deal on the Gemini!
I hope they make it more cool looking when R6 is released, like they did with the Zenith!
I don't know about spicing it up. If someone was pointing that at me, I would need a change of underwear.

The GenTech Gemini is for 599 gold. Required three levels of updates except the capacity (one level).
There are 30 hunts. Each pays back three gold coins (not ten hunts:))
Prize is region 6 shotgun.
The Gemini weapon is awesome. Only problem is its capacity (three shots). And it is unsuitable when the dinos are charging at u. My preferred exotic so far along with the Electro.
Cool update. Good job by Glu. Enjoyed it immensely
New features also include slimmer health/life bar for dinos. Smaller and clearer red squares for targets. Gold count does not go to zero and back up again if u fail a hunt. Overall I am impressed
