Instead of posting on this forum and hoping for useful answers, just remember the game's in-built feature: press and hold on any customer's order and there will be a pop-up showing the various steps and ingredients needed. This works for any restaurant and any dish (as far as I know it). Hope this helps.

Yes, I did, in fact use about 300K worth of coins that I earned simply through playing (i.e. did not buy them) to exchange for the mystery boxes. I did end up getting gold most of the time. However, from what I see that RCMB is just a once-in-a-while thing and not a permanent fixture for coin to gold exchange.
