Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Updated now black screen

I liked the new updates so i updated the app, know when i start the game i only get a black screen and the game wont start.
I reintsalled the game and i even reinstalled my tab but nothing works, help me out here !!!

    If you get the "black screen" you cannot get to the logon screen, therefore cannot get to the "?" to submit the problem to support. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if the programmers cannot make an update without a glitch, why do you people keep screwing with your customers?? Sounds like you landed a few of the Eutechnyx hacks...they F'ed up NASCAR games from 2010 and on. PLEASE STOP "FIXING" what isn't broke!!!!

    I too have black wall of ,"god the only things the revs get right is adding stuff I'm crates and new shwrom cars"! Its just a black screen where or how may I aqquire this mystical support ticket when I can't seem to be able to get threw the black wall obstacle?

    Also why do we need to do am support ticket when this is a glitch. Maybe if you guys just didn't copied and paste your usual support ticket nonsense, and actually helped people, it wouldn't take 7 days to get help,( hopefully by people that actually care, not you guys!) Long many people are affected by this? Do you think theyre losing money by this? Is it possible to be people like me that spend real money on this gaame??Hopefully let's see guys howmany cars they're gonna release before they actual fix this issue!

    The forums are not support, tech or otherwise. That is where you need to handle issues. That being said, the email address to contact support was given in my first response which does not require logging in to the game.

    As of right now, I can only suggest deleting and fully reinstalling the game as a first step.

    At first i just did an update, but when a got the black screens i deleted end intslled the game again, a even installed my tab to factory settings but nothing helps.

    Not trying to thread jack but I am also getting this black screen nonsense IGN is torn up knuckles....already uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck...already sent in a ticket, have not received an email back from a person...only an auto reply...please get this fixed

    Not fixed for my son or I, both are using Nextbook Ares 8 tabs with Lollipop...was working FINE before the devs f'ed up another "improvement"... talk about an inability to write code!?!?!?! A severe lack of fitness of product as well.

    No, still nothing...Nitto screen and then BLACK. I don't know how many of you know how to write code, but it's not rocket science...hence this game being hacked continuously. I will say that it's not backyard intelligence to hack the code, but it sure as hell isn't impossible either. The fact this and other games are "updated" and "improved" and they were or become a pile of shit....purely childish incompetence, period. So please don't just do what everyone else does and "hope" the fix works, test it for christ sake!!

    Not working for me either. Have you guys passed along all of your info? Like ign, device, etc? I guess I got on someone's nerves enough that they passed along my info and said they will be working on it soon. I think we deserve some gems...500 at least, especially us that are still dealing with it.

    For the two people stating the fix did not work your information has been sent along to QA for investigation. Unfortunately we will not have an ETA on this but they are looking into it.

    Just tried to reinstall it...nope, still not working! I'm getting really frustrated!...looks like I'm one of the few left that's still having a hard time, I can't believe no one has gotten compensation, at this point we should be getting a thousand gems... ugh

    did they contact you or anything? I haven't heard a damn thing and its been over a week now since I've submitted a ticket.
