Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Alrighty, as I'm writing this, it could be rather small and concise, or extremely long. I guess we'll just see.
So, if you're reading this, you've probably heard that we are starting a new forum on our own. Well, we've passed the biggest obstacle, the money!
If you were one of the few to pledge money, I ask you to PM me to figure out getting the pledges collected.
But, before you do that, I assume you want all the details you've been waiting for.
Without further ado, I present to you the unnamed forum!
Staff Positions:
The first thing on all of your minds right now is how the whole staff thing is going to be run. There are going to be 3 staff positions, with responsibilities as follows:
Channel Mod:
Amount of people given this position initially: 3
Duties:
1. Breaking up arguments
2. Preventing flame wars
3. Reporting suspicious activity
4. Encouraging and befriending the new members
Admins:
Amount of people given this position initially: 2 (One being me)
Duties:
1. Keeping the forum running
2. Adding new features
3. IP banning members
4. General management
*There won't be an election for this position*
Judges:
A new feature of the new forum is a court system. That's right. Court.
Now, all scam reports are going to be filed in a separate category, and judges are the ones who will handle all of these reports and decide on the banning of said members. At least 2 of the judges must agree that someone is guilty for the punishment to take place.

I'm sure y'all donators will want some sort of reward, keeping in mind that said reward will NOT be a staff position.

This means you will be allowed a one time pick of a custom tag beside your name (Keep it PG)

This means you get to have 5 posts (Redeemable at any time) stickied for 1 month. This is useful to get your shops seen by everyone at all times, so it'll help with sales.

You get your name put up on a special page dedicated to y'all.

Set amount payment to certain player/players
If they can sussesfully prove they were scammed they get a amount of the cars worth back?
And possibley different levels of scam insurance lol.
Bronze=50% of car value back... And one of payment of 5 mill
Silver=75% of car value back. One of payment of 7.5 mill
Gold=100% of car value back or identical replacement 10 mill
IGN:PAGANI PLAZA - on to the next thing lol
Bronze insurance=car value given to the one that got scammed
Costs 1 mill a month to get
Silver insurance=professional bounty hunters getting car back and giving the one that got scammed an equal car
COSTS 2.5 MILL A MONTH
gold insurance=BOUNTY hunters, car value, and a matted car
