Customer service told me there was no way they could know since they don't handle the transactions. You just got to add up receipts in play store acct on android.
Its ridiculous that 7 mm evo is the top award in the mm evo box so that's 5 boxes at minimum which would be 3000 gold but you more an likely buying 10 boxes to get close to 30 mm so 6000 gold.
They told me I had to be VIP the month before to get the current gifts. They would not give gifts if you came a VIP on sept 3rd and sept 7th was the gift date.
I had same issue with getting added due to a CS rep not closing a ticket already completed! I sent emails to all headquarters and other social media outlets but someone finally came and replied and took a week or 2 to get added. Hope you have better time than I did getting added. Congrats on the VIP!
Good luck getting gifts Friday! I spent two weeks dealing with CS to get added to newsletter. I came VIP labor day and didnt get the Friday gift and was told I had to be added before the month begin. Hope you get what you deserve this Friday!

Well I can't even get a CS ticket I've had open since the 31st of August closed. So finally a new guy come on same ticket asking for my VIP info and said be waiting for reply so I reply 16 mins after him and not a peep from them and no gift!
Well been trying since Monday and two days ago CS asked for info and since nothing but ticket been open since Aug 31. Anybody know how get ahold of them
I just wish it was easier to track what I spent instead of adding up order history on google play acct. I been hoping to see that logo all day today but haven't seen it yet.
