Yes, we are actually reading this. The fix for the duplicate gigs is in the works, but it won't be fully fixed until the next update. Feel free to ignore those gigs and keep working on others as best you can. Glad you are enjoying the bonus star event.

I play as a girl and am constantly getting girls to flirt with- this may be due to your dating activity. Regarding NPCs being "lame" they are randomly generated, so believe me, the guys are just as bad.

Part of the reason some folks don't want to send their ID info is because they are using hacks. This can be confirmed on the gifting threads.
