    This may sound crazy(and I've been called worse), but I'm glad that they're vague about this particular topic. To be specific, I like that several people could be doing the exact same thing and come away with different interpretations of how things work(or don't work).
    Personally, I'm on record as saying that skills turn on/off, but my opinion is no longer set in stone.

    Do you think the 420 yelich from this week would be good for 6.8 in HOF (flaherty)? He's double blowout and i've never really used blowout skill players in WOH before.

    would u use him over 400 mazara? (assume skills are identical). Sorry im being buggy  i really dont know who i should use
