When I tap the email to log in and back up to prior it tells me that I need to use the original device. I’m on the original device!!! I’ve always accessed Tap Sports Baseball from my iPhone. Any suggestions? Any one else having this issue?
@belowmebama first of all, nice name. No, it won't impact your club in any way besides not having your participation for however long it takes for your account to be restored and if any members need to be invited.

Yup got that same message when I had to switch to my wife’s phone after the version 2 upgrade. Took a couple of back and forths with CS but they eventually unlocked it
I've been gone since yesterday morning. I played before I went to bed on Sunday night, opened the app to play on Monday morning and I was completely reset. When I tried to login with my email address it simply says username and password incorrect. I did get an email from tech support back asking for my account name which I sent, but I'm still waiting for resolution. This is really frustrating! I've probably gotten kicked from my club by now.
