Don't care. The reply I got just now really pisses me off.
Since GLU went to the new gold farming system, the majority of the time, these three things happen to me. Yes, I've updated, yes I've rebooted my device, and yes, my WiFi is just fine:
1) The ad will hang up in the "you got 4 gold" notice for a while before I can click and move on. This means every ad is now taking an additional 20-30 seconds before I can get my four measly blocks of gold.
2) The ad will give me the "provider is still determining if the ad you just wasted your life watching will actually reward you" notice, of which, 9 times out of ten I get NOTHING.
3) The Ad will crash my app, thus causing my team to disappear from time to time, and I have to wait hours sometimes before it comes back. This crashing crap is getting more and more consistent. Like 4-5 times a day.
I have reported this issue to CS now for nearly two weeks. Each time, with the exception of last week, I get the "check your Wifi" reply.
Listen up GLU (I have informed CS also): Both my wife and I are fortunate enough to work from home for two VERY large, publicly-traded companies. This means that these companies pay for us to have the best IP available. The tech who came and installed it when we moved her a few years ago joked that our WiFi capabilities/broadband, etc, were better than a few small companies he installed for. My cheap-ass next door neighbor will sometimes call me and ask if he can jump on from inside his home because his provider sucks so hard. That's how damn good my WiFi is. Only time it goes out is when the lights are out, which has been once in three years.
Your consistent reply with this is a horrible cop out.
A few days ago, I finally got what appeared to be a CS rep that was actually concerned. They asked me to document it, and also let them know what ads were causing the crashes. I did that. Sent it all in yesterday evening. I just got another "check your WiFi" response to that. YOU EMEFFERS asked me to collect the info, I relay it, and your reply is that? WOW. Just effing WOW.
Look, I get it. My ability to farm 350-400 gold an hour on normal days cuts into potential profit. Fine. You created a system that takes twice as long, thus I get half of what I am capable of. Good move. But now, this crap is causing me to lose games, lose CvC, and lose chances at boxes I no longer have the desire to farm gold to buy. When this happens, your response is to check my EMEFFING WiFi?!?!
TL:DR: Dr. Ass has being going back and forth with CS for nearly two weeks. CS always tells Dr. Ass it is his fault. CS finally realized it wasn't, asked Dr. Ass for more info. Dr. Ass provides info, CS replies with "check your wifi".

At the end of the day, he's having issues with his videos for gold and is receiving typical responses from CS. A better CS>another Dr ass joke (he leaves us with enough opportunities 😉)

For instance, his struggles once flipping to gold, were quite helpful in confirming to me that what my TSB coaches had drilled me on was true: skills, and upgrading them, is the key to success in WOH. But even then, you’re not going to win 100% of the time. Sometimes you’re just going to get a bad RNG draw.
Speaking of WoH...
If anyone remembers my suggestion on what to do with it, the WoH offering today resembles that! (Changing the third grouping to having the legend offering, and the fourth grouping to have the legend plus a bigger prize). That's way cool and I wish they would keep it that way.
