Rewards in most events aren’t worth the effort and amount of money a player has to spend to obtain them. The game used to be fun to play now it’s just becoming a grind and a money pit

Everyone looks at star rating look at hit rating the higher hit rating the better off you will be. It’s hard to do but watch matchups try not to match lefty against lefty or righty against righty..
Sounds jailed to me. Customer Support might help but more than likely they will say your account shows signs of exploitation or use of a cheat tool. Their company policy will not allow them to tell you why
I do have one opening in my club but it has a few requirements. If your interested let me know and I can put you in it for a while. It’s a competitive club
Hard to help much don’t know anything about your team. It’s hard to progress without spending or buying gold. My best advice is find a good club that will carry you for awhile so you can build up your team with draft picks. Good luck
The more I think about it that’s a pretty lame excuse. A business that depends on its customers should make customer service their number 1 priority. I have curbed my spending on game due to the fact that service is so poor. It’s kind of sad this could be a really great game if customers were just taken care of.
They have several times. I even just asked to have ticket closed only to get apology for taking so long to get back to me...ticket still open. sounds to me like some hiring should be done.... Thanks for your response

Yes they all start at bronze so save up evo and XP takes a bunch to cap guys to silver 10. Think I will be staying silver as long as I can. Gonna take a boatload in gold.

Has been a wait time of 4 to 5 days for me. Customer Service is a low priority in my opinion. VIPs get better treatment on issues. I think they could care less about the teams that don’t spend a ton of money on game,
I have played 16 17 and now 18 play every day spend money on game. Hopefully one of these days... Criteria seems to be top secret but see a ton of teams with vip status
