• Just to update this. Today I activated my new iphone and opened the tsb20 app on the new phone and without having to do anything, it brought me right to where I left off with the old phone, I didn't even have to log in. So all that trouble with the CS Rep was for nothing!

• Found the answer to #2 is YES. So, I believe the answers are NO, YES, YES. 2nd and 3rd I'm confident on, 1st one may be a trick question as he is married to crawford's sister, but AMY is not his YOUNGEST SISTER, she has 2 YOUNGER SISTERS...so if they are getting that technical then the answer to #1 SHOULD be a NO

• First answer I believe has to be NO because AMY is not his YOUNGEST sister....Second one I can't find the answer for...the third one I found the answer is YES
