Does anyone know how to fix issues with videos if you're on iOS? Whenever TSB21 has double gold the videos stop working for me. I'll watch a few and then it will give me the message 'no videos available at this time'. If I close the app and re-open it will maybe let me watch 1 and then go back to saying 'no videos available at this time'. This is when it's telling me I have 400/500 videos left to watch. It's so frustrating. It only seems to happen when it's double gold so it's starting to feel purposeful on Glu's part.

It has happened to me, but not isolated to double gold. I just usually go elsewhere in the game and return, then it’s fine. I’m not sure if we iOSers have a magic trick anymore

Yes, sometimes going to another section or playing one prime game will fix it momentarily, but, for me, that fix lasts for maybe 5-10 videos and then I get the message again. Same if I soft-reset my phone. It will fix it for maybe 5-10 videos and then the message is back and I can't watch any more. It's very frustrating. And on older iOS systems there was a 'reset ad id' that would sometimes help but there is no longer that feature on iPhones.
ETA: now even doing that doesn’t work. What is going on Glu???
I would say this will be like one of the other hundreds of mistakes that weren’t “mistakes” impossible for them to admit they made mistake. For that reason seriously doubt they will turn it back on.
