I feel the same exact way I wish responses from glu weren’t so delayed and when you got them they made sense! I’m hoping to get vip status transfered to 2018 from 2017 but the way things look it’s not gonna happen until Christmas awesome im gonna pay wages for glu to be ignored I guess I’m not good enough to be vip…

I’m trying to figure out how much you gotta spend to be vip? I know I’ve spent way to much so I’m thinking it doesn’t matter how much you spend I think glu just doesn’t care they have favorites who gets vip I’m positive I’ve spent a lot more then most vip’s Tommy Gunn semper fi buddy I hope you get vip
I wouldn’t be happy either I’ve had the same type of stuff happen to me then when you let customer service know they take there time but most of the time give you an answer that doesn’t make sense
I totally know what your talking about i feel like customer service seems like overall they know how to ignore people and not realize that with good customer service they would make people wanna continue spending
I’ve spent a good amount of cash I think if there is a minimum amount you have to spend I should be vip because with what I spent im actually paying glu’s or atleast one of there employees
