My entire rotation is stacked and maxed out. It's clear that they've made starting pitching much more important for winning events and tournaments/bonus games compared to last year. They literally offer a handful of new pitchers every week, so I'm not clear what more you expect. This is (and should be) a hitters game.
Same happened to me last week. Bought FP, card was charged but it didn't was working at all. I spent about 18 hours going back and forth (during royale) and they finally got back to me about compensation. I had to choose between A.) 2500 gold or B.) A percentage of the bxp I had lost out on for the day.
Just keep the highest rated players you have and dump the ones that aren't as good (less overall rating or less skills) if you have multiple players at the same position.
My team is Platinum 6 and I've probably won 5 tournaments all season. BG's are now equally ridiculous, as I'm facing D6 teams on a frequent basis and losing almost half of my games. Over 8 hours and still no response from CS. Some VIP treatment there I tell ya. To add insult to injury, the marketing dept for Glu seem to recognize that I have a valid email address, as I just had an invite in my inbox from them to play TSB 20. What the hell?
Same. Says my email address is invalid (which it's not). I've used the same email for the past two seasons. I also chose the "forgot my password" option in the 19 version and nothing got sent to me. Sent a ticket in to CS but I suppose I won't hear back from them for days. What a sh*t show.
