Well so much for hoping my glitch would have been fixed. I haven't even received one email back regarding any one of my now seven tickets, as well as the fact you have said you have asked them to look into my account. This is really ridiculous.
Two weeks now and it's still not working. So frustrating. Is there a way to get a refund on all in app purchases since the game has been rendered useless at this point?
Yea, connect with facebook, if it says it didn't work, try one more time, i deleted it and reinstalled it and was able to recover the game after two tries.
I agree. It's because I've spent money and am missing out on all of the bonus items, not to mention the hackers that ruin the global chart and the ribbons you get from being on it
They are the worst tbh! I've been waiting 2 weeks now on a fix, I would give up at this point, but I spent money on this app, so I feel like they're screwing us over!
Yea, I have 3 missions from starbeans that hasve been glitching my game for a week. I reinstalled twice, even had to swap out my iphone at apple yesterday because of screen issue, and it's still messed up on the new phone.
