I don't un-install, I have found that clearing the cache or app data works more quickly(at least on my android). When you do this, the game will open to the team that is not connected to facebook or the google account. hope this helps, I have that same problem randomly

the rewards I am talking about were from last weekend, somehow glu had a glitch and I couldnt get into my account until today. when I tried to claim them, they were unavailable.

nevermind on the machado part, he appeared when I started my next game...but the #1 picks and mystery box would be nice to claim

I attempted the clear data approach with tsb2015 and when I re-opened the game, it gave me different players and different codes from the previous team I had. It was not connected to a social media account and everything was lost and had to do the tutorial again...don't think I will be clearing the data on my 2016 game.
