Just wanted to share that I actually had a good experience with customer care today and feel as if I received appropriate compensation for once! I did send screenshots of the achievement that I lost. I was not backing down and thankfully it worked!
I’m so mad… I waiting to start because of this. I already sent a strongly worded message to cc… screenshotted all achievements that could potentially be ruined… deff not stepping down until they compensate. Don’t say you fixed a glitch when you didn’t! edited because I posted too soon
Anyone else only getting 1 hour dates? I’ve done close to 10 and every single one of them has only been an hour… thankfully I’ve only done them at Oak and the Montrobull Center so I’m not using a lot of energy, but it’s going to take forever to finish this event if I’m only getting 1 hour dates the whole time 🙃
