I think it's good to offer in game currency in exchange for nerfed spells. Hearthstone does this with cards they nerf or retire from competitive play. I agree. This has gone on for too long. Throwing a match intentionally while trying to defeat as many enemies as possible? That is a puzzle I dont want to solve 5 times per day for four days. I now happily pay for VIP but expectations are a little higher than having to jump through hoops like this.

I agree. The ads under daily quests and in the shop in addition to the energy bonuses should be awarded automatically for 10 dollars per month.

Its way less than 1%. Go into settings in the upper right hand of your home screen and go to "customer care." Read everything there is to read

You need to click the ! Icon on the chest and navigate through "first card" "second card" etc. to explore the % chance to receive each amount. It's not obvious and I didn't know about this for the longest time, but you have to look at this before spending gems to decide if it's really worth the purchase

I actually came here to write this post. I thought this would have been changed by now. In no way can he reasonably be considered offense, as his basic attack is literally the only direct (or indirect) damage he deals. I think a more actionable request would be to put a more realistic number on the tokens you can expect to get. 8-330 is nonsensical. I would also like to see something like a "choice of three options" with the randomized chests which are purchased with gems. They are currently a very very bad buy. They could be so much fun.
