Customer service ticket deleted on two accounts. What gives.

It's been a week or 2 weeks. My regizzle account was deleted or marked inactive on the forums. I opened a ticket with one account, the account was deleted and never answered. I opened the ticket with a second account. The ticket was never answered and the account was deleted. Glu is giving me the biggest run around and it's probably the worst customer service I've ever seen.... Not even a reply. Nothing..... I just want answers.

If your legitimate account on the forums was deleted it would have been by accident through a mass spam cleanup. There is more info on that here: http://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?2139-I-was-banned-or-my-post-was-deleted-but-I-m-not-a-spammer!
