Ew3 issue

I was having all kinds of issues with EW3 crashing. I back up to the cloud. I deleted the app and downloaded it again from the cloud and all my characters are back to level 1. Anything I can do? My guildmates say I still show as being in the guild

    We are unable to view your account from here. Please send Customer Care an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.
