Hi there... I had a problem and I need a help.
I was links my second account to one smartphone and in this smartphone there was the same mail of my first account.
Well... My second account was linked on my first account.
How can I recover my first acc?
It's so frustrating
It's incredible that I had to proof 3 times that the account in mine and every time having a closed door.
Please give me real help. This is the worst support centre ever seen
The agent you're speaking to is definitely not a bot and they are just trying to establish that you are the account owner and not someone trying to steal your account data, which i is unfortunately a measure that support has to take to ensure your account's safety.
