Go Sassi! I love the Bollywood inspired party. I wonder what the outfits will be like this weekend - usually there are promotional pictures for the update that mean we have a guess but I've only seen the purple wardrobe dress for the girls for San Fransisco. People fasting are very strong (although obviously you can't if you're not well - I hope you get better soon Charli! ) and I think it is a nice thing to reflect on people's differing fortunes. It is v hot at the moment and I just take it for granted to get water from the tap whenever I need it or buy some - I never even think about it. And then to imagine you don't have any, or food. We're very lucky and I wish there was a solution to share things in the world, well we all do but if we can't do that then it is nice to be grateful for what we do have and remember those that don't. And Happy Independence Weekend of course!

I love the fireworks and think the balloons & tophat in Lif are fun! It is weird that Malibu has no decorations. 4th of July at the beach is quintessential American fun.
Oh Vats, no worries. I was talking about a liquid lunch in a virtual aspect I think. lol. Everyone can have a virtual Margarita or 10, and still pass a breathalyzer. And I'm ashamed to say, I have no real knowledge of Ramadan and Bollywood. But Bollywood is full of such rich colors, and the music is great.

I looked back. LOL. first off....no more burwn for the tan. Learned my lesson when I got sunpoisoning on a cloudy day. Yeah, teenage Jackdonkeys that we were, my friends and I would head out to the beach on a cloudy day, early in the season. "Cloud bathe' for a day. Because the burning/tanning rays of the sun still came through but we weren't subjected to the heat that makes long sunbathing hard. I meant, a little sun......and some drinkies while I float on my raft. Plastic water bottles are great. Fill them up with your fave beverage, and plastic in the pool is fine. Hey it's above ground but it's my little piece of heaven. Oooooooh, hot dog eating contest. I love Nathans.
