Have any of you guys been receiving Luxe Goals for items that happen to be Karl Lagerfeld items? I've gotten two today and swear 100% that they were not in the closet until I got the Luxe goal. I've never seen them. And I love all Karl items. I wouldn't have just missed them..
Guys, I haven't even gotten to the earnable shoes yet!!! Haha I'm slacking so bad!!! I already have what I wanted the most from this weekend's items (the hair) so I don't have much motivation I guess. I do want to finish so I don't have to worry about getting the earnables in a throwback, but I need some more energy! Irl and in the game haha

Opened one more box, got that purple blouse from our closet. Meh it's ok. I completed the event so I get to relax this weekend game wise. I still have to tend to my 4 children lol congrats to everyone who got what they wanted
I was thinking, I don't think we're getting a midweek event since this one doesn't end till Monday but who knows, Glu may surprise us *fingers crossed*

Oh, I got the hair... After 400 k stars.......... Gosh, I never chased something like this... I missed it so many times, it was in every single pallette... If I listened to my intuition I would've got it on the third box for just 80 kstars... But, oh well... The only "good" thing is that those kstars were earned and not bought... And I was saving them for potentional throwback for the those d a m n ed Kylie lips or VIP event where I like every single item.. Gosh, I feel so frustrated and satisfied at the same moment! Lol
Here are some of my boxes, I was so frustrated I forgot to take screenshots of the most.. I opened 3 pallettes last night and 3 today.. In some I opened 2 boxes and in 2 opened one box and in my second to go twice was the HAIR! Talk about frustration!

Edit (because I have to): It is so clear from the original post that the intent was to show that this was not an official Glu response. When you work for companies like this, where you must write answers to people, grammar and syntax are very important. Things in customer service are triple-checked before being sent out. This tiny comment was entirely blown out of proportion; people twisted the words to make it seem to mean something that it does not. I won't leave any other comments about this (PM me, if you must), but I really needed to put this out there.

Weekend events are suppose to be fun and exciting to do and not feel like a chore to grind for event points to complete

Anyone else planning to work the full storyline this weekend?
Since the update doing the reality gigs doesn't garner fans and I've been down in the mid top 10 since but working regular gigs has helped combat that at least and the extra day certain made me want to check it out more.

I am! I've done the first two gigs and am just waiting on the third one now.
I really needed a little boost to my fans as I'm still working on my first comeback; going an entire weekend without gaining any fans really was not going to do it for me.
I got 35 event points for the last one (25 + 10 from items, + plus however many I got from clicking on my friend).
Still disappointed though as I have done so many 8-hour reality shows and still no product placement offers!

I'm progressing slowly too, I woke up with pinkeye today (I must be cursed this week), but I'll probably finish until tonight.
I had one weekend gig to go and if everything turns out right I'll receive a lot of points.
For those who aren't motivated to finish remember that we have an extra day and that those items can come back at a throwback, so I personally wouldn't risk to get something that I don't want for maybe something cool that can come with it.
And not only the extra day......why not pick up a top you're not crazy about.....because if you earn it now, it won't pop up in a future Throwback. And, if it don't like when you have extra time, are you going to like it more when it's taking up space in one of the treasured ThowBack Boxes?
