The Vineyard is a disappointment for me. No restaurant tweet again. Week after week it is only doing 'fairly well' and the payout is low.
My favorite business is and always has been SCL.
Then the Iceclub. KPark. Chevier Paris. Casino. Art Gallery. Sky Hollywood. Villa Jardin. Perfumery. Bar. Vineyard. SCSD. In about that order. 
I prefer to do gigs than babysitting a business like the Salon or Chevier Toronto.
But I looove the Ski Resort!! 💖

Do you get a higher payout of K-stars if you buy all of the things in the Prague bar? And does the same apply to Chevier Paris?

@DelphineGarnier  Yeah, if I remember correctly, you need to furnish the bar fully before you can do shifts in it at all. Then the payout will get to the maximum over time, precisely after 15 gigs(weeks) you'll get the maximum payout.
When it comes to Chevier in Paris, you can do gigs unfurnished, but if you fully furnish it, you get the maximum payout of 7kstars and 4.250 kash.

Inspired by @Rumpelstilzchen I’m gonna try to run an experiment to see how often the winery pay out maximum payout. Basically if its an actual ratio or luck of the draw.

If anyone is interested in participating it would definitely help narrow it down.💖

For the winery, the ratio for me seems to be about 1/3, sometimes getting the max payout in two consecutive weeks!
