I think I jinxed myself saying my videos were fine yesterday, because today it was a huge struggle. I had to try 3 or 4 times per video to get it to not go straight to the offers page.

I find that closing out the app completely and then going into the star shop, but waiting about 5 to 10 seconds before tapping the "get free stars" button helps me...

I’m on iOS and the going straight to the offer wall thing happens to me all the time. I end up clicking in and out of the starshop multiple times until I get my five videos. When I first made a purchase, the “get free stars” button disappeared completely so I have to turn off in-app purchases daily to access the videos. If it keeps going to the offer wall repeatedly and I can’t get to the video button, I have to restart my phone and that often works.
It has been like this for months (since I made my first purchase probably in August shortly after I started playing I think?), I just figured it was a thing that happened when purchases were made. Thankfully I am able to get my five videos, it just takes a lot of clicking and exiting sometimes. Usually I have to try anywhere from three to five times to get to a video without it going straight to the offer page. I didn’t realize not everyone had to deal with this after making a purchase 😂 I would love if it went away and the button came back!
I would recommend turning off in-app purchases and restarting your phone if you haven’t tried that already. I’m sure it may work differently on Android but you never know!
This is a great set of instruction @VampireBarbie and yes you just have to keep going back to the offer wall and looking around a bit. Come back a few minutes later. It's not as easy as it used to be.

Edit: Nothing 😂 I already had in-app purchases off, so I turned off the phone but I have the same problem. Every time I open my game (from the update) I go to the starshop, I press the button to watch a video, I have the loading of the offer page, so I go back to the game. And I do all of this at least a dozen time. Every single time I open the game. I think I am going crazy 😂
@Chloè_KKH I’m sorry it didn’t work for you! That’s frustrating. Turning off my phone usually works for me but since I’m on iOS it may work differently. Hopefully it gets all sorted out soon!
Nothing. Even worse than yesterday. When I want to leave the offer wall my game freezes now and I can just restart. No videos. This is very frustrating!
