I can't unlock an item on SYS. No double reward. Today there were 7 stars in my daily gb, in the box I would have picked next. But no video to open a second box. Always straight to the offer wall. When I want to leave the offer wall the game completely freezes.
This is beyond frustrating! I can't help but feel that this is all on purpose. The problem came with the update. Are you trying to get rid of kstars, to make diamonds the new currency, Glu? Are you trying to force out non paying players? Am I wasting my time here?

When my videos stop working correctly, I close out the game completely..I then open it back up and then I go to the star shop, but I wait about 10 seconds to press the "get free stars" button.. it seems to always work for me...

The offers provided on the offer wall are supplied by other companies (in this case Tapjoy is the main provider). These companies work within platform guidelines that determine what can be shown. This is why sometimes you see differing offers on iOS vs. Android since Apple and Google might have different guidelines for offers.

I really hope the videos will be back soon. In my game they worked better than last days but still can't get all of them. Thank you for talking to us about this issue.
Hey there! Just wanted to add on that since the update, all of my offers have disappeared. There's literally nothing there at all. My 5 free kstars and 2nd daily gb videos still work though! So, no video problems. I'm on android.

To get your ID:
1. Open the Options Menu by tapping the three lines on the top-left of the main game screen.
2. Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
3. Your ID is listed in the middle of the Help Page
4. Copy and paste your ID into a message (just the ID, not a screenshot)

3 dresses from the pop-up shop are more important I guess..
As for videos, we are aware of an issue on Android and are looking to fix it with the next release. It is _not_ intentional
For now, try waiting a bit before trying to watch another video.
